According to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your booking/reservation, you must inform us about this at the time of making the reservation. Please provide the details to which the invoice should be issued, including the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number at the time of booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date

Important information

The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of people staying in the Apartment rented by the Guest during the term of the Apartment rental agreement. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused, not materially - the Guest cannot buy back the damaged items on their own. We remind you that parents are responsible for any damage caused by children. The Guest is also responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). We reserve the right to charge Guests for any damage, except for that resulting from wear and tear, and for any necessary longer cleaning of the apartment. At the time of check-in, the Lessor may ask for a deposit to be paid in case of any damage. The deposit is returned within 2 days of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment. The deposit is not accepted in cash.

Pets are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Children

Children up to 4 yrs. stay free on existing beds.

Parking

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
