Damage deposit 500 PLN charged on the day of check-in. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 2 days after check-out upon inspection of the apartment. The apartment key will be issued after the deposit is paid.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice, including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
