According to Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the booking process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Important information

The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of people staying in the Apartment rented by the Guest during the term of the Apartment rental agreement. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused, not materially - the Guest cannot buy back the damaged items on their own. We remind you that parents are responsible for any damage caused by children. The Guest is also responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). We reserve the right to charge Guests for any damage, except for that resulting from wear and tear, and for any necessary longer cleaning of the apartment. At the time of check-in, the Lessor may ask for a deposit to be paid in case of any damage. The deposit is returned within 2 days of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment. The deposit is not accepted in cash.

Children up to 4 yrs. stay free on existing beds.

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
