Please note, that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip your vehicle with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety when arriving at our property.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you need to inform us about this during the reservation process. Please provide the data for which the invoice should be issued, including the VAT number (NIP). Only when the VAT number is included on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.

Important information

The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of people staying in the Apartment rented by the Guest during the term of the Apartment rental agreement. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused, not materially - the Guest cannot buy back the damaged items on their own. We remind you that parents are responsible for any damage caused by children. The Guest is also responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). We reserve the right to charge Guests for any damage, except for that resulting from wear and tear, and for any necessary longer cleaning of the apartment. At the time of check-in, the Lessor may ask for a deposit to be paid in case of any damage. The deposit is returned within 2 days of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment. The deposit is not accepted in cash.
