Prosimy o podanie danych na jakie ma być wystawiona faktura wraz z podaniem numeru NIP. Tylko w przypadku umieszczenia przez nas numeru NIP na paragonie będą Państwo mogli otrzymać fakturę VAT. Brak podania numeru NIP w trakcie dokonywania rezerwacji uniemożliwi wystawienie faktury VAT w późniejszym terminie

The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of people staying in the Apartment rented by the Guest during the term of the Apartment rental agreement. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused, not materially - the Guest cannot buy back the damaged items on their own. We remind you that parents are responsible for any damage caused by children. The Guest is also responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). We reserve the right to charge Guests for any damage, except for that resulting from wear and tear, and for any necessary longer cleaning of the apartment. At the time of check-in, the Lessor may ask for a deposit to be paid in case of any damage. The deposit is returned within 2 days of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment. The deposit is not accepted in cash.
